The challenge
Every business with a contact form faces the same problem: leads arrive at unpredictable times, and response speed directly affects conversion. The industry benchmark is five minutes; most businesses respond in hours. We built this for ourselves and run it every day.
What we built
A fully automated response pipeline running on self-hosted n8n:
- Inbound lead data fires an n8n webhook
- Message content, name, and context are passed to Google Gemini 2.5 Flash
- Gemini drafts a personalised response in the prospect’s language
- Gmail sends the response via OAuth2 from info@digiduo.ai
- Full interaction is logged to Google Sheets
No templates. No delays. No one has to be online.
The result
End-to-end response time: approximately 15 seconds. Every lead receives a tailored, professional reply regardless of time of day. Zero manual intervention required. Running cost under EUR 0.25 per month.
