The Problem
The sales team was spending 40% of their time manually reviewing inbound leads, researching companies, and deciding who to prioritise. High-value leads were getting lost in the noise. Low-value leads were getting too much attention.
What We Built
An automated pipeline that triggers the moment a lead submits a form:
- Enrichment — pulls company data, LinkedIn info, funding status, tech stack from multiple sources
- Scoring — AI model scores the lead based on ICP fit, intent signals, and company profile
- Routing — high-score leads go directly to senior sales with a full brief; low-score leads enter a nurture sequence
- CRM update — everything synced automatically, no manual data entry
The Result
